The Reception was very friendly and helpful.

It is very convenient to and within walking distance to so many points of interest. Museums, gardens, wonderful restaurants, and shopping.

Americans should beware of the shower!

We had to change room because there was a misunderstanding about a double bed or a twin bed.
That was arranged easily and flexible

I requested and was told to get a silent room but my room was on 1st floor over very noisy street. Next night I changed the room and this one was above a bar that was noisy on Saturday night. The hotel is marketing itself that it has sound-proofed windows that does not seem to be true.

The place is perfect but it was noisy. Rooms were fine and clean. The receptionist did not smile at all.

You can get a picture that the rooms are very quiet but actually they are not because of traffic and bars.

The e-mail booking was easy, response to reservation was prompt and complete. I had a very bad experience with chateauxhotels.com, I have already recommended ParisBy to two of our friends.

The receptionist that greeted us was extremely polite and provided concierge services in excellent English. Very pleasant.

Very clean and comfortable. The rooms were very clean, quiet and the temperature was perfect. We enjoyed our stay at this hotel and would go there again because of the amenities, cleanliness, location.

The receptionist that assisted with our Saturday departure never looked up from her work and acted as though my request for a taxi was an inconvenience. She really had a hard time looking up to talk to me. I am not sure that she likes her job. Either that or she is extremely shy?

Very good room temperature and air quality. Excellent location. Laundramat next door, which came in handy because we had been traveling for several weeks and need to wash clothes. Near Opera and the Rue Rivoli, which is a main street with shopping and cafes.
